Terms & Conditions

  1. INTRODUCTION

    Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants

    will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for

    your information.

  2. THE PROMOTER

  4. ELIGIBILITY
    1. 4.1. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern

      Ireland) 18 years or over only, except:

      (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.

      (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who

      are

      professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or

      (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

    2. 4.2. Purchase of participating promotional products from participating stores or online is necessary. Retain

      receipt showing date of purchase during the promotional period and prior to date of entry, you will be

      required to show this if you are a winner.

  5. THE PROMOTION
    1. 5.1. The title of the promotion is "Barefoot Taste to Win 2026"

    2. 5.2. The Promotional Period will open 08:00 GMT on the 1st April 2026 (the "Opening Date") to 22.00

      GMT on the 31st July 2026 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the "Promotional Period"). All entries

      received outside of the Promotional Hours or after the Promotional Period shall not be accepted.

    3. 5.3. Winning Moments will be allocated within the Promotional Period between 08:00 GMT and 22:00

      GMT ("Promotional Hours"). Only entries submitted during these Promotional Hours will be eligible to

      win a prize. Entries received outside the Promotional Hours will not be valid and will not be

      considered for a prize.

    4. 5.4. During the Promotional Hours, 905 prizes have been randomly allocated and linked to winning

      moments that have been randomly pre-selected by a secure, independently verified computer

      programme.

    5. 5.5. If no entry is received between one winning moment and the next, the prize from that winning

      moment will be deferred onto the next winning moment and be available to be won then. No

      guarantee all prizes will be won.

    6. 5.6. To enter, purchase a promotional Barefoot product (in-store or online) and locate the unique entry

      code printed on the inside of the neck collar or promotional label. Then scan the QR code or visit

      www.barefootwinecompetitions.co.uk and enter your unique code, full name, email address and UK

      postal address during the Promotional Period. Please see 5.9 for list of participating promotional

      products. Promotional products are available whilst stocks last and are subject to availability.

    7. 5.7. Unique entry codes are available on selected promotional Barefoot products while stocks last. Only

      promotional packs with the promotional neck collar have a unique code printed on the inside of the

      neck collar. Each qualifying promotional pack contains one unique, randomly generated code. Codes

      are single-use only and can only be used to enter once. The number of promotional packs is not

      fixed, but the number of prizes is limited to 905. Not all promotional packs will result in a win. Entry

      using a valid code does not guarantee a prize. Any attempts to enter the same code more than

      once, use codes from non-promotional packs, or the use of any codes not intended for use in this

      promotion, may result in disqualification and all such entries will be declared void.

    8. 5.8. Entrants must have internet access to enter this Promotion.

    9. 5.9. The Promotion is on the following promotional packs instore and online:

      • 75cl Barefoot Malbec
      • 75cl Barefoot Sauvignon Blanc
      • 75cl Barefoot Pinot Grigio
    10. 5.10.

    11. 5.11.

      Barefoot products and promotional packs are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.

      Maximum of ten (10) entries per person only, throughout the Promotional Period. Max 1 entry

      per 1 unique code.

    12. 5.12.

      Maximum of one (1) prize per person for the entirety of the Promotion. Anyone found

      attempting to bypass this rule by, for example, using multiple email addresses to enter will be

      disqualified. If you win one (1) prize, please do not continue to enter, as you will not be eligible to win

      any further prizes.

    13. 5.13.

      Incomplete, illegal, illegible, or misdirected entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes

      no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or

      otherwise.

    14. 5.14.

      Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else's

      behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter's discretion.

    15. 5.15.

      The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read

      www.drinkaware.co.uk for more information.

  6. THE PRIZES
    1. 6.1. There are : 905 total available prizes to be won via winning moments, consisting of:

    2. 6.1.1.Main prize: 100 x £200 Sunglass Hut gift cards.

      Gift cards must be redeemed within 60 months of issue in accordance with the Sunglass Hut

      Gift Card Terms.

      All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a

      similar nature and value may be offered; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash

      alternative is available;

    3. 6.1.2.Secondary prize: 805 prizes as follows:

      • 105 x YETI Rambler Wine Chiller with two 295ml YETI Rambler tumblers,
      • 300 x Sony SRS-XB100 Extra Bass Waterproof Bluetooth Portable Speaker,
      • 400 x Barefoot branded towels,
    4. 6.2. During the Promotional Period, the 905 prizes will be randomly assigned to daily winning moments

      via a secure, independently verified algorithm across the Promotional Period. If no valid entry is

      received at a scheduled winning moment, the prize for that moment will roll over. The next valid

      entry received after an unclaimed winning moment will be allocated that rolled-over prize. There are

      905 total winning moments during the Promotional Period.

    5. 6.3. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or other alternative prizes will be

      provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the

      Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize, or part of a prize, of equal or greater value.

    6. 6.4. The prizes are supplied by the Promoter and administered through its agents (the "Prize Providers")

  7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & ACCEPTANCE
    1. 7.1. Instant Win Notification

      Entrants will be notified on-screen immediately after submitting a valid entry whether or not they

      have won a prize, and if so, which prize they have won. Winners will also be provided with a

      confirmation message outlining the next steps to claim. Non-winning entrants will receive an

      on-screen message advising them that they were unsuccessful.

    2. 7.2. Confirmation of Win via Email

      Winners will receive a confirmation email ("Winning Confirmation Email") sent to the email address

      provided at the time of entry within 7 days of winning. This email will include details of the prize and

      instructions on how to claim it, including verification steps.

    3. 7.3. Claim Deadline

      Winners must respond to the Winning Confirmation Email within 14 calendar days of the email being

      sent to confirm acceptance of the prize and complete all required verification. If no valid response is

      received within this period, the prize will be forfeited in accordance with Clause 7.4

    4. 7.4. Verification Requirements

      To validate their claim, winners will be required to provide a valid form of government issued

      photo identification showing the winner's date of birth. Acceptable forms of ID include a passport

      or UK driving licence (photocard only).

      Unique codes must match those issued by the Promoter and must not have been used previously.

      Personal data provided for verification will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy

      Policy and used solely for verification and fulfilment purposes.

    5. 7.5. One Prize Per Person

      Each entrant may win a maximum of one (1) prize across the entire promotion. Entrants who win a

      prize during the Promotional Period will not be eligible for the Wrap-Up Prize Draw.

    6. 7.6. Wrap-up Draw

      The Wrap-Up Draw for any unclaimed prizes will be carried out within 7 days of the close of the

      Promotional Period.

    7. 7.6.2. Any prizes not won during the Promotional Period (e.g. due to no valid entry during a winning

      moment) or which remain unclaimed after the prize acceptance deadline will be added to the

      Wrap-Up Prize Draw.

    8. 7.6.3. Only valid entries from entrants who did not win a prize during the main Promotional Period

      will be entered into the Wrap-Up Prize Draw.

    9. 7.6.4. Winners will be selected at random using a secure and independently verified process.

    10. 7.6.5. Notification & Acceptance:

      Winners of the Wrap-Up Draw will be notified by email and must respond within 14 calendar days to

      confirm acceptance and complete the verification process as per Clause 7.4.

    11. 7.6.6. Unclaimed Wrap-Up Prizes:

      If a Wrap-Up Draw winner fails to respond or complete verification within 14 calendar days, the prize

      will be forfeited and reallocated by a second-chance draw held before the end of the Wrap-Up Draw

      Period. No further redraws will be conducted.

    12. 7.7. Responsibility for Email Receipt

      It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that their email details are correct and that they check all

      folders, including junk and spam, during the promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for

      emails not received due to filtering or errors in contact details.

  8. PRIZE DELIVERY
    1. 8.1. Delivery of prizes will vary per prize. For the gift card prizes, the prize will be delivered to the winner

      as an electronic gift card via the email address provided within 28 days of valid claim and the

      completion of the verification process. Physical prizes will be delivered to the winners by first-class

      post to the UK address provided on entry within 28 days of being notified of their win and the

      completion of any verification process.

  9. PROMOTER & PRIZE ADMINISTRATOR

    2. 9.2. The promotion is managed by the Prize Administrator Savvy Marketing, 15-17 High Ct Ln, Leeds

      LS2 7EU on behalf of the Promoter.

    3. 9.3. Savvy Marketing will manage winner prize fulfilment and contact winners to arrange fulfilment of

      prizes. Savvy Marketing will handle personal data in accordance with the promotion privacy policies,

      see clause 9 for further details.

  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    11.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances

    be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal

    injury, or death occurring in connection with this promotion or as a result of taking up any prize except

    where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees.

    Your statutory rights are not affected. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause 11.1 shall also apply in

    respect of any prize provided by a third-party provider, in this case the Prize Providers.

  11. DATA PROTECTION
    1. 11.1. By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the

      promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers solely to

      administer this promotion. Your personal details will always be kept confidential and in accordance with

      current Data Protection legislation and the privacy policies of the Promoter

      (www.getsavvy.com/privacy-and-cookie-policy/)You can request access to your personal data, or have

      any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to contact@barefootwinecompetitions.co.uk. By

      participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. All personal

      data will be deleted three months after the end of the Promotional Period.

    2. 11.2.

      The Promoter will make available the main prize winner's surname and county of residence

      to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of each closing

      date of this Promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in

      scope by emailing contact@barefootwinecompetitions.co.uk. We may nevertheless disclose the

      information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the

      winners list by emailing contact@barefootwinecompetitions.co.uk. We reserve the right to refuse any

      or all such requests.

    3. 11.3.

      The Promoter reserves the right to verify the origin and validity of any unique code entered

      and to disqualify entries suspected to be fraudulent, duplicated, or obtained through unauthorised

      means.

    4. 11.4.

      Winners may be requested but are not obliged to take part in any reasonable publicity and

      related promotional purposes.

  12. GENERAL
    1. 12.1.

      These general terms and conditions apply in addition to the specific terms and conditions

      above. Together, they shall be referred to as the "terms and conditions."

      If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when entering the

      promotion, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries and any incomplete

      entries will not be considered valid for entry into the promotion. The Promoter accepts no

      responsibility for any entries which are not completed for any reason.

    4. 12.4.

      Entries made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.

      Bulk entries made in any way, including using any software which allows entrants to increase entries

      into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, will be disqualified, and

      any prize award will be void.

    5. 12.5.

      The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for

      proof of purchase, home address, and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter

      reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further

      participation in the promotion and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to

      believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, any instructions forming part of this

      promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a entrant has gained unfair advantage in

      participating or won using fraudulent means.

    6. 12.6.

      It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the

      promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to

      supply accurate information or any postal dispute which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their

      prize.

    7. 12.7.

      The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and

      no correspondence will be entered into about it.

    8. 12.8.

      The Promoter must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.

      To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of residence of the gift

      card winner, to anyone who contacts them within three months after the closing date by emailing

      contact@barefootwinecompetitions.co.uk. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.

      If you object to any or all of your surname or county of residence being published or made available,

      please contact the Promoter via contact@barefootwinecompetitions.co.uk . In such circumstances,

      the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards

      Authority on request.

    9. 12.9.

      Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and

      conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to anyone in

      breach of these terms and conditions.

    10. 12.10.

      If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including

      by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering,

      unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the

      Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of

      this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate

      any affected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the

      promotion where it considers it necessary to do so, without prior notice. If any act, omission, event

      or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents

      the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or

      regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war,

      terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine,

      plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to

      perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to

      entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

    11. 12.11.

      Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any

      circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a winner or accept any liability for any loss,

      damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize except where it is caused

      by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case

      that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

    12. 12.12.

      The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for

      any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The

      Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for

      any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer,

      hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent an entrant's entry to

      the promotion.

    13. 12.13.

      If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable

      then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses

      shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

    14. 12.14.

      The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the

      promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all

      times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Data will be

      stored for 3 months after the close of the promotion or wrap up draw date before deletion. You can

      request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to

      contact@barefootwinecompetitions.co.uk . By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of

      your personal data as described here.

    15. 12.15.

      The terms and conditions of this promotion, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be

      governed by English law and entrants to the promotion must submit to the jurisdiction of the English

      and Welsh courts, unless your residential address is in Scotland, Northern Ireland or Republic of

      Ireland where local law applies.
